The Super Durable\u2122 Qualicoat Class 2.0 powder coating and advanced sublimation technology make DecoWood\u00ae a hard-wearing finish that never requires painting or staining. Just a simple and basic cleaning program is all you need to achieve the optimum performance of your DecoWood\u00ae.<\/p>

This product care guide outlines DECO\u2019s recommended cleaning guidelines and schedule to maintain your DecoWood\u00ae\u2019s beautiful appearance and ensure its warranty. DecoWood\u00ae is proudly Australian made and designed to withstand Australian conditions, including strong sunlight, moisture and salt spray. DecoWood\u00ae has passed extreme exposure testing and meets Australian and International Standards for properties such as:<\/p><\/div>

    DecoWood\u00ae is very easy to clean. Simply follow these steps to keep your beautiful, timber-look finish in pristine condition.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

    Wash<\/b>\u00a0all surfaces using a hose or high-pressure attachment. It may help to test your hose on a small patch of the finish first, to help you determine the right pressure setting and distance from the washer head to the finish to achieve a thorough clean. (Please note: DECO does not recommend using a Cyclonic or Tornado washer head.)<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

    Rinse your DecoWood\u00ae<\/strong>\u00a0thoroughly with clean water to remove all cleaning residue and dirt. In areas with heavy fine dust (such as during construction) you may need to rinse multiple times to prevent dust from drying on the surface. Using a towel or microfibre cloth to dry the DecoWood\u00ae can also help prevent water spots and dust deposits.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

    When cleaning your DecoWood\u00ae, it is important you use products which are compatible with the powder coated surface. Two cleaning products are approved by DECO:<\/p>

    \u2022\u00a0Morning Fresh detergent:<\/b>\u00a0Morning Fresh has been tested and approved. Other dish washing detergents may be used, but these have not been tested.<\/p>

    \u2022\u00a0Orange Solve Citrus Cleaner:<\/b>\u00a0This is readily available from Bunnings or other industrial cleaning suppliers.<\/p>
