1,500 SQM Aluminum Batten Screen, Batten Fencing project in NSW.

BattenPro successfully delivered a 1,500m² exterior solution for a private estate in Bowral, NSW, including aluminum batten privacy screens, aluminum fencing, and an aluminum pergola. From the early design stage through to installation, we provided full-service support – producing detailed shop drawings, recommending material specifications, and offering extensive on-site installation advice. The façade features our popular Monument finish (a deep charcoal grey), crafted from 6063-T5 aluminum – a premium alloy with 2.4 times the hardness of standard aluminum. To withstand Australia’s harsh climate – including intense UV, frost, heavy rain, and strong winds – we applied a high-durability PVDF outdoor powder coating. All products were modular and prefabricated in our China factory, with most structural components precision-cut and pre-drilled. This modular approach made on-site assembly exceptionally fast and straightforward – a critical advantage in Australia, where skilled labor is extremely expensive. The entire 1,500m² project was installed in just 12 working days, saving the client an estimated AUD $85,000 compared to traditional on-site fabrication methods. Beyond cost and time savings, the BattenPro system eliminated material waste and ensured consistent coating quality.
