Our two‑piece batten consists of three main components: a backing piece, a front piece, and an end cap. The installation is straightforward and efficient. First, secure the backing piece onto the wall surface at your desired spacing using screws. Once the backing piece is in place, simply snap the front piece onto it – no additional tools or fasteners required. Finally, attach the end cap to give the installation a clean, finished look. The end cap features a self‑locking design; for extra fixation, you may apply a small amount of adhesive during installation.
All BattenPro two‑piece battens are manufactured from high‑strength 6063 T5/T6 aluminum profiles, offering excellent rigidity and resistance to bending or deformation.
